The house is an original Alexander Mid-Century home built in 1959, in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs. When it was purchased in 2017, the home had been neglected and most of the Mid-Century bones were obscured by bad remodels over the years. A complete down-to-the-studs renovation was done, bringing this luxury home back to life by blending the best of Mid-Century lines and architecture with modern conveniences.
Marvel Gems Terrazzo was used throughout the entire house, including all bathrooms, showers and the outdoor covered patio. The Atlas Concorde collection seamlessly flows thru the entire house – honoring tradition through innovation.
